When you work from home is easy to get distracted. Especially if you live with other peoplw. That’s why to day we’ll see how you can stay focused.
How To Stay Focused
Here are my top 5 tips on how to stay focused no matter what:
1. Eliminate distractions
Put your phone in silent mode and turn Wi-Fi off unless you need it.
You know that 5 minutes are never just 5 minutes. Even if you put your phone away or get off social media after 5 minutes, you’ll need way more time to focus again.
2. Keep your workspace clear
If you’re anything like me, you leave stuff all over your house. Your bed, your couches, your desk. But if you need to get focused, please take some time to remove all the extra stuff from your office area.
You’ll be more focused and your mind won’t stray to other topics, like the laundry you have to do soon.
3. Don’t multitask
Multitasking used to be a desirable skill. Everyone was trying to do it. But it’s proved that most – if not all – people are way better focusing on one task at the time.

4. Don’t stay hungry or dehydrated
Keeping your body in optimal condition means not staying hungry or dehydrated. So before you start working, make sure you have a few healthy snacks by your side and a bottle of water.
Oh, and since we’re talking about water, you do know that you need to drink more water than you do, right? Just saying…
5. Use the Pomodoro technique
I love this technique and I use it a lot – especially if I don’t feel like working!
