Well, I decided to start a case study. Posts are great, but without seeing the long-term effects and the whole process step-by-step, I don’t know how useful they actually are.
So every day, I’ll spend 15′ to work on my brand new blog. 15 minutes aren’t too many, so I don’t think I’ll find an excuse not to do it every day.
If you want to follow my case study, let’s set some ground rules:
Rule #1: You’ll have to work on it every day. Promise me this or get the hell out of here. Sticking to working every day – even when you don’t feel like it – will be difficult enough anyway. If you don’t feel like you can do it now, how will you keep doing it after a few months?
Rule #2: It has to be on something you like. Don’t choose a niche (we’ll see what this is later – for now, just think of it as the main topic of your blog) because you think it’s popular or easy. You have to go for something you like – preferably, love.
Rule #3: You have to share your progress below in the comments. Starting something like this isn’t that easy. Making this journey with others is easier – and more fun!
Rule #4: Don’t try to persuade me there are other ways to start a blog. I know. I’ll just show one of them. One that’s low-cost and won’t take a lot of time out of your day. (It will take a lot of time, in general, though. Don’t expect any money until month 12.)
Perfect! Now that we’ve set the rules, we’re ready to start!
