Have you ever made your own costume?
Well, it doesn’t matter if you’ve done it before or not. Now’s the time to make one and share with your readers how you did it!
Photos and videos are essential. We need proof!
5. Halloween Facts
List the top 10 facts you can find about Halloween. And the weirder they are, the better!
6. Halloween Makeup Ideas
Make a step-by-step guide of the scariest makeup ideas you have seen or done. Include photos for each step.
If you’re up for it, you can show what costumes would be perfect for each makeup!
7. How To Host A Halloween Party
Hosting a party is great, but it can be a little overwhelming.
Help people who plan to throw a Halloween party this October and make a list with things they need and some ideas on how to do them.
For example:
- invitations
- food
- drinks
- games
- (scary) movies
Take into account that there won’t be a lot of guests in the party because of the situation these days.
8. Ghost Stories On Halloween
Write the scariest stories for Halloween you know. If you like writing, you can even write your own!

#1 for me is probably the carved pumpkins. Old, but classic.

Gather your favourite recipes where a pumpkin is featured. For example:

Decide on your favourite costume and make it.
Yes, it’ll take time, but it’ll be awesome and exactly how you want it to be. And probably, cheaper, as well!
Create a step-by-step guide on how to do it.
23. Urban Legends From Your Hometown
And if you think there aren’t any urban legends in your hometown, try again. That’s what I thought for my hometown and I ended up finding lots of scary stories!
24. Scary Music Playlist
Create a playlist with scary music for Halloween. What songs would you have in it?
You can also make this playlist on Youtube and/or Spotify so that you can share it with your readers.
25. Halloween Advent Calendar
Find the best advent calendars for Halloween or, even better, make one yourself and show how you did it.
26. Alternative Halloween
What can you do differently this year to celebrate Halloween safely?

Great article about Halloween blog post ideas! I would like to put doing Halloween DIY crafts and Halloween decorations together and do some sort of big Halloween decor and using my led collection. I have also some robots cause I have been working as a robot engineer so decoring my robot to be some kind of Halloween robot would be nice. Amazing article. I had no idea that we could come up with this many topics from the theme Halloween alone. It’s common to think about decorations, movies, costumes, pumpkin carving and e.t.c. But what cought my eye is how Halloween affects your niche. That idea alone can be related to almost any niche out there. It really is amazing how we can come up with article with just about one event or festival. 🙂
